To perform on-resonance CID simply use SORI-CID on the Internal MS/MS tab and set the Frequency Offset to "0" (zero). On-resonance CID experiments are shorter and use higher amplitudes than SORI. Typical values for power (amplitude), pulse length and frequency offset for on-resonance CID are given below.
